Aimee Biggs – IoPT Therapist
I am an IoPT (Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy) practitioner with a deep passion for supporting people on their healing journey. My work is rooted in both professional training and lived understanding, having come from a background of trauma and attachment. I hold a strong belief in the body–mind connection, drawing on knowledge of epigenetics, the nervous system, and psychotrauma to guide the process.
Through IoPT, I provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore the hidden dynamics of early trauma, loss, and relational patterns. This work allows individuals to reconnect with their true self, strengthen their inner resilience, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. My commitment is to walk alongside clients as they uncover clarity, integration, and the possibility of living more fully in alignment with who they truly are.
