Weekend course

Due to great demand for our trauma Advanced training, both in English and Norwegian, is placed in ours Weekend course during basic education, that is, Saturday and Sunday in basic education. Some courses are physical at Schafteløkken in Oslo and some are online.

A warm welcome to 2 meaningful days; for those who want to process their own themes and understand the connection between early trauma and life here and now.

On the course you will, among other things:

• The possibility of processing violations and trauma
• Become aware of which coping strategies you have used - why they have been necessary
• Able to step out of identification with others and stand firmly within yourself.

Those who wish can have their own self-encounters. In addition, everyone gains deep insight and learning by resonating in other people's self-encounterss.

Who is it suitable for?

Whether you have physical symptoms, are tired, have challenges in your relationship or at work, your children are struggling or you just want to learn more about how to prevent, detect and help yourself or others, our therapy courses can provide a lot of new knowledge, insights and processing. Also for intergenerational trauma!

Attending a two-day seminar gives you time to process, integrate and deepen your understanding of what trauma does to us, and how the effects of trauma can be dealt with gently and compassionately.

Saturday; From 10:00 - 18:00, Sunday from 10:00 - 16:00, lunch around 13:00.

Registration and prices

• Sign up in the form to the right. Limited number of seats.
• When the course is full, it is removed from the registration form, so only courses with room for more participants are in the registration form to the right.
• For participation without your own self-encounters, as an observer and resonator, send an email to marta@iopt.no for registration.
• For some dates online at zoom. Zoom link is sent to all registrants before the course starts.
• For some dates in our course premises at Schafteløkken, Zahlkasserer Schafts plass 1, Oslo
• Bus/tram to Frogner plass.
• By car; street parking in the area (end of free parking)
