Terms and conditions

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@iopt.no.

1.1 Change of participant

  • A colleague can attend in your place at no extra cost. You must notify us of the name of the person attending.

1.2 Participate later

  • You can transfer your registration to another workshop/course in the same season (without an administration fee). If the new workshop/course has a lower price, the remaining paid course fee will be applied as credit toward a future 1- or 2-day workshop/course.

1.3 Cancellation – 2 weeks or more before the workshop/course date 

  • Receive a refund, minus an administration fee of NOK 750, or
  • Receive a credit, minus an administration fee of 375 Norwegian kroner, which can be used towards partial payment for a session on an information evening or future 2-day workshops/courses.

1.4 Cancellation – within 2 weeks before the workshop/course date, and no later than one working day prior

  • Receive a credit, minus an administration fee of NOK 750, which can be used as partial payment for a constellation at an information evening or for 2-day workshops/courses in the future

1.5 Cancellation less than one working day before the workshop/course date, or failure to attend 

  • We do not offer credit or refunds for participants who cancel within 1 business day, or who do not attend the workshop or course.

1.6 Cancellation policy - Advanced Training and fixed group programs

  • For Advanced Training (programs with several modules in a fixed group), no refund/credit will be given after the lecture for module 1 has been sent out.
  • Registration is binding for all modules.
