His work is based on two theoretical frameworks and one practical method.
- the theory of individual and multigenerational trauma
- the attachment theory
- the intention constellations method
He explains how the psyche is fragmented into three parts when traumatized
- the survival part
- the traumatized part
- the healthy part
Understanding trauma
Dr. Franz Ruppert also explains how feelings and symptoms can be linked to the survival part's attempt to suppress memories and feelings from traumatic events, both self-experienced and inherited.
Through constellations it is possible to get in touch with the underlying feelings and with reality as it was. Then the inexplicable and confusing symptoms also become understandable and meaningful.
The author here makes a thorough contribution to understanding the consequences of traumatization both in the mother's womb, at birth, in early childhood and as adults.
