This is Dr. Franz Ruppert's fifth book in the series on constellations and trauma. The author's self-developed constellation method, "Intention Constellations," is described both theoretically and through numerous personalized examples.
His work is based on two theoretical frameworks and one practical method.
- the theory of individual and multigenerational trauma
- attachment theory
- the intention constellation method
He explains how the psyche is fragmented into three parts during trauma
- the survival part
- the traumatized part
- the healthy part
Understanding trauma
Dr. Franz Ruppert also explains how feelings and symptoms can be linked to the survival part's attempt to suppress memories and emotions from traumatic events, both personal and inherited.
Through constellations, it is possible to connect with underlying feelings and reality as it was. This makes inexplicable and confusing symptoms understandable and meaningful.
The author provides a thorough contribution to understanding the consequences of trauma in the womb, at birth, in early childhood, and in adulthood.
